For the relocation of Cutwalk, a new solid ID was required. The only request by the client, was that the ID match the shop’s reception, consisting of a red, a blue and a yellow bench. We also agreed that a pop-culture look and feel seemed appealing to his target group as well as complimenting the interior.
The concept came to life through the design of classic pictograms interacting with linear objects such as hairdressing tools. These visual elements symbolized the various services offered, creating a playful and instantly recognizable brand language.
